All products sold on this website are intangible digital design files delivered electronically.
We do not sell or ship physical products.
Once payment is successfully completed, the digital file is made available for download or delivered via email.
2. No Return Policy
Since digital products cannot be physically returned, returns are not applicable.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Refunds are not applicable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the file
- Incompatibility with user software
4. Exceptional Cases
Refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made for the same product
- Payment deducted but download link not received
- Corrupted or technically defective file (verified by us)
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with payment proof.
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since digital files are delivered immediately after successful payment:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
- Cancellation requests after file delivery will not be accepted.
