By accessing this website and purchasing digital products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Business

We sell downloadable digital design files through this website.
All products are intangible digital goods delivered electronically after successful payment.

We do not sell physical products.

All prices are listed in INR (₹).

2. Digital Product Delivery

  • After successful payment, the digital file will be made available for download or delivered via email.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct email address.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email details.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable license to use the purchased digital file.

You MAY:

  • Use the design for personal projects
  • Use the design for commercial end-products (if applicable)
  • Modify the design for your own use

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the original file
  • Upload the file to marketplaces or file-sharing platforms
  • Claim the design as your own original work
  • Transfer the license to another person

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital designs, graphics, templates, and related materials available on this website are the intellectual property of DILKHUSH REGAR.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

  • Refunds are not applicable once the file has been downloaded.
  • Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Refund exceptions (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy.
